Shirley has responsibility for assisting in preparing, cooking and serving meals which consistently meet the costings, quality and nutritional value guidelines agreed and to assist in ensuring that the FISC catering facilities meet the cleanliness and maintenance guidelines agreed and conform to the health and safety and statutory obligations at all times. To ensure that the accommodation owned and rented by the FISC meets the cleanliness and health and safety standards agreed at all times. Shirley worked in a number of schools and in other organisations prior to joining FISC.
