The Franciscan International Study Centre offers a wide variety of conference options, dining and summer vacation course facilities within one of the most attractive cities in England. Our conference facilities and the Franciscan atmosphere create the perfect conference and event environment. Ideally located with easy vehicle access, the Study Centre offers a uniquely flexible solution for all events.
The Study Centre can be tailored to meet a wide variety of configurations and is ideally located in a tranquil rural setting, within private gardens and grounds, it is situated close to the University of Kent and the many historical and architectural highlights of the city.
The Study Centre functions as a conference centre and comprises two floors, with four multi-functional seminar rooms, each of which can be arranged in boardroom, lecture room or classroom layouts as required.
Disabled access and facilities are also available at the Study Centre.
Each seminar room can accommodate various numbers depending on the style of layout and each seminar room can be set-up with the following facilities and equipment:
