Accommodation at the Centre
On the campus there are three residential blocks where students live during term time in single study-bedrooms with shared kitchens and living areas.
Bedding
Duvets, sheets and towels are provided. Students are responsible for maintaining their own rooms during term time.
Laundry
Each residential block has laundry washing and drying facilities.
Meals
A two-course meal is provided Monday-Friday at 13:00 – 13:30 in the Centre refectory, otherwise students cook at their own expense within the communities in which they are living.
Personal Spending
Students can purchase any food or provisions they may need in Canterbury. The City is a ten minute bus ride from the Centre. Students organise food shopping trips to the City’s supermarkets on a regular basis. Stamps and postal items can be purchased from the local Post Office which is a ten minute walk from the Centre. Students usually budget between £25 and £40 per week to cover their additional needs. Books can be ordered from the Study Centre bookshop and will be delivered to the campus.
