The University Medical Centre is situated next to the Franciscan International Study Centre giving easy access to the excellent service provided. Students are also well supported with the full range of National Health Service facilities provided by the Kent and Canterbury hospital and while medical care is usually free, extra financial help is available for prescriptions, optician and dental charges.
